Governance Structure
The Grand Union Partnership meets all DFE requirements in terms of governance. The Members oversee the direction of the MAT and approve new schools. The Trustees lead on the implementation of policy and management of the finances, resources and staffing. Our schools retain local academy committees, these work in tandem with the Trustees to make sure the local community of parents attached to each school has a voice and can monitor the leadership team to ensure we are providing the highest quality of education.
